HVAC Toolkit Pro Privacy Policy
This privacy policy governs the use of the HVAC Toolkit Pro
mobile application (the "Service") created by CodNest.
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of

HVAC Toolkit Pro does not require you to create an account or
provide personal information to use the app. However, we use
third-party services that may collect information used to
identify you.
1.1 Third-Party Services
The app uses the following third-party services that may
collect personal data:
• Google AdMob - Serves ads within the app. AdMob may
collect device information, advertising ID, IP address,
and browsing data to serve personalized ads. See:

• RevenueCat - Processes in-app subscription purchases.
RevenueCat collects purchase history and transaction
identifiers but does NOT collect payment card details
(all payments are processed through Apple's App Store).

• Firebase / Google Cloud Firestore - Used to load dynamic
promotional content (carousel banners). No personal data
is stored in Firestore by the app. See:

1.2 Local Storage
The app stores certain data locally on your device using
SharedPreferences. This data never leaves your device unless
you explicitly choose to share it:
• Service reminders and customer notes
• Theme preference (Light / Dark / System)
• Terms & Conditions acceptance status
• Subscription status cache
1.3 Log Data
In case of an error or crash, we may collect data through
third-party services called Log Data. This may include:
• Device IP address
• Device name and model
• Operating system version
• App configuration and version
• Time and date of the error
• Usage statistics (anonymous)

The app uses flutter_local_notifications to deliver local
push notifications for service reminders. No notification
data is transmitted to our servers. Notifications are
scheduled and stored locally on your device.

The Service does not explicitly use cookies. However,
third-party libraries (AdMob, Firebase) may use cookies
and similar tracking technologies to improve their services.
You may accept or refuse cookies through your device settings.

We value your trust and use commercially acceptable means to
protect your information. However, no method of electronic
storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee
absolute security.
--- 5. DATA RETENTION ---
We do not retain any personal data on our servers. Data
stored locally on your device (service reminders, preferences)
can be deleted at any time by clearing the app data or
uninstalling the application.
--- 6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY ---
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable
information from children under 13. If we discover that a
child under 13 has provided us with personal information,
we will delete it immediately. If you are a parent or
guardian aware of such a situation, please contact us.

The Service may contain links to external sites (brand apps,
PDF resources, support pages). We are not responsible for the
content or privacy practices of these third-party sites.
